Sales management and entrepreneurship experience in global companies.

After graduating from university in 1996, Güz started her professional life in the tourism sector for 7.5 years. Then she worked at Turkcell for 8.5 years as a Value-Added Services Account Management & Corporate Sales Manager. Güz, who started to as the channel sales manager responsible for Vodafone Turkey in 2008 and reported to Spain, later continued her duty for 2 years as responsible for Egypt and Greece. Güz was the BlackBerry sales director from 2010 to 2012 and, she was the Head of HTC Turkey and the Northern Cyprus Sales Department, as well as the Samsung Turkey Corporate Sales Department Manager between 2014 and 2016. In 2016, she started her own venture and, after a few projects she accomplished, she returned to corporate life and joined the Arçelik family in July 2017. Güz continues her role as the Arçelik Professional Imaging Systems Department Manager. At the same time, as the Sales Manager of Twin Bilim, which is a YGA initiative, she provides internal and external career coaching, mentoring support to high school and university students, and new initiatives. Güz is a mother of four, one human and three furies, and a student of Krav Maga Level 5 and Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training.
