Born in Barcelona in 1967. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering and graduated in Business Administration and Management in Barcelona. More than 25 years of experience in After Sales and Customer Care. I started working at BSH group for Gaggenau Brand, where I learned the After Sales responsibilities from the bottom. I had to learn by myself, giving support to a very experienced Service network. It was a really challenging period and after seven years I felt myself as a very important value for the company. Due to changes in the strategy, I moved to a high-end home appliance to develop the department. At that time, the focus started to change from just a Product perspective to a Customer focus. I had a very close contact with end users and dealers, visiting them in case it was needed. Five years later, I received an offer from a “home appliances brand” and even though I was in a very comfortable position, I decided to change. In 2009, I took my best professional decision in my life and I joined Beko Spain where I’m working in Customer Care department. Since that day, learning in this very dynamic area. Thanks to the priceless support that I received from the Service network, every day I try to change processes and improve, not just our business but also the health of Service network. Proud to be part of this company and always grateful for the human (more than) professional relationship with my colleagues.
